Friends International (FI) and Christian Unions Ireland are jointly recruiting for a staff position.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Team Leader to develop partnerships between churches and Christian Unions so that international students on campuses throughout Ireland will be welcomed, befriended, discipled and equipped to serve Christ. Reporting jointly to the CUI Director and FI Regional Development Director, the successful candidate will initially be responsible for supporting and developing international student ministries (ISM) within Belfast and establishing partnerships with ISM leaders in Dublin, gradually expanding ISM to other centres across Ireland.

You will be:

• A graduate (or equivalent) with training in theology/missiology and cross–cultural mission experience;

• Experienced in: project management; leading a team; training & mobilising others; leading bible studies and 1–1 bible ministry; working inter–denominationally;

• Willing to raise financial support from churches and individuals;

• An evangelical Christian (occupational requirement of the post)

• Salary: £24,001 p.a. for a 35–hour week. Location: Belfast.
