Prayer Diary, March 2021

24/02/21

Here’s how you can be praying for CUI throughout the month of March.

Prayer Diary, March 2021

 1st – 4th March

–  Give thanks for the kindness, prayers and generosity of CUI supporters. Please continue to pray that our abundant Father would supply what we need financially as CUI to continue in the mission he’s called us to.

–  Pray for the Queens University Belfast mission events week from the 1st – 5th March with Michael Ots and Mark Ellis

5th – 11th March

–  Pray for the students in Maynooth university CU that there would be hungry Jesus followers to take over the committee next year.

–  Pray for students at Stranmillis University as they faithfully meet on zoom every week as a small group. Pray that they would be encouraged and fuelled by the gospel as they meet and this would overflow in their evangelism with their course–mates.

12th – 18th March

–  Pray for the students in Trinity University Dublin who have been looking at Uncover Mark together. Pray that some of the students would have boldness to ask their friends to open the Gospel with them this term.

– Pray for the Bible studies linked to the weekly iCafes, that international students will respond to the invitation to study God’s word.

19th – 25th March

– From the 22nd March, CUI will be interviewing Staff and Relay Worker applicants. Please pray for discernment and for God’s clear guidance, and for people who with a deep love for Jesus and heart for student mission.

– Pray for Equip:Leaders on the 19th – 21st March, a weekend to fuel new CU leaders with the gospel of Jesus Christ, to excite them for a year of CU mission, and empower them to lead on campus.

26th – 31st March

– Three out of the four members of Cork Institute of Technology CU committee are graduating this year. With a small CU and not many students coming behind, pray that the right people are found to form a new committee and continue helping the CU grow in evangelism and care for their campus.

– Give thanks for the boldness and creativity of students in mission. Pray for those planning outreach events and talks this semester, seeking to proclaim God’s goodness as warmly and relationally as possible, whilst juggling with Covid–regulations.
