29th July–4th August:
Please pray for Michael Hamilton, our new Relay worker, as he moves to Dublin this month.
Pray that he would secure suitable accommodation and settle into a church where he can serve and grow.
Please pray for our new staff workers as they prepare to join the CUI team at the end of this month.
5th–11th August:
Please pray for the International Student Outreach in Cork that takes place this week. Pray especially for those coming from other religious backgrounds, that they will experience Christian grace and hospitality.
Praise God for Rachel Greer, Phil Alcorn and Catherine Reid and for their ministry with us over the past number of years. Pray that God would draw near to them and give them direction as they consider their next steps.
12th–18th August:
Please pray for the International Student Outreach in Limerick as it begins its first year and pray for Peter Grier, Munster Staff worker, as he pioneers this work.
Please pray for Christy Reid, QUB student, as she leads a small team to serve the IFES Movement in Italy and explores possibilities of future service.
19th–25th August:
Please pray for QNow, an Apologetics Day Conference in Portrush, taking place on Saturday. Pray for the students who will attend and for Phil Alcorn, Lorna Morrison and our Director as they participate.
Please pray for our Director, Monty, as he addresses the Bangor Worldwide Missionary Convention on Thursday and for the whole staff team as they share what God is doing on campuses around Ireland.
26th August–1st September:
Please pray for our annual Staff and Families conference being held this weekend. Pray that the team will be energised and inspired at the start of a new term and for John Mark Mullan as he speaks to us.
Please pray for the two preterm events that will be happening this week in Northern Ireland for freshers. Pray that the students will be eager and enthusiastic to begin their university experience by joining together for teaching from God’s Word and fellowship with other Christian students.
Please pray for our Relay workers as they attend their first Relay Conference in England this week.
