Involved in student work across the North of Ireland? What does that look like in 2021?

And we want to serve you, as you have an incredible impact on your students in your context. We’ll be thinking more about what student ministry looks like this year. We’ll have Mark Ellis (CUI Director) opening Scripture with us. Also joining us will be Peter Lynas (Director, Evangelical Alliance) to help us understand the culture we’re in, and Graham Shearer unpacking what it takes to disciple GenZ in 2021 and beyond.

–EQUIP: Refresh

Heading to back to university? Gather with CU members from across the north to reconnect before the new academic year kicks off.

There’ll be teaching from Colossians by Mark Ellis, time for prayer and worship with a number of specific seminars aimed to support you in heading back to university. Leaving you fired and fuelled for a year of CU Mission.

–EQUIP: Small Group Leaders

Leading a small group this year?

We want to ensure that you are encouraged and resourced as well as you can be for all that lies ahead. We’ll be breaking down the components of leading a Small Groups and spending time together learning from one another ahead of another big year.

As a Small Group Leader, you’ll need to also come for the Refresh day on Tuesday 24 August as above. This second day is then free essential equipping that builds on what you heard at Refresh.

–EQUIP: Freshers

Heading to university? Join new university students from across the north of Ireland for two days as we unpack Colossians with Marty McNeely of Ballykeel Presbyterian and engage with a vast array of issues in seminars and workshops.

It’ll be a fantastic opportunity to come in your friendship groups no matter where you’re heading to university. You’ll be built up and encouraged in who you are in Christ, equipped with specific seminars and have time to meet others in the same position as you. Make sure this is a priority of your summer if you’re heading to university this year!
