Catrin Carolan

World Assembly Project Assistant

Catrin Carolan moved to Ireland from Wales 19 years ago to work with CUI and is still here! Being part of the Christian Union at university, both in Wales and Ireland, had a profound impact on her spiritual growth during those formative student years, and she was excited to give back and continue growing with the movement in Ireland in a more official capacity.

She served on the InterAction team, working with international students in Dublin, for two years before joining the staff team for the next 6 years. She then served on the CUI Board for 9 years. She is now joining the World Assembly Host Committee team as the admin assistant.

She is excited to be a part of mobilising CUI and the Irish church to serve the world as Ireland hosts the 2027 World Assembly, an experience of a lifetime. She is deeply committed to the heart of CUI as a movement to see students encounter Jesus and continue living for him in every sphere of life. She is excited for the next year of planning and seeing what God has in store for World Assembly 2027.

Catrin lives in South Dublin with her husband, Len, and their five lively children.
