Rebekah Peel
Galway Formation Worker
Rebekah Peel is a recent graduate of Ulster University, Coleraine, where she qualified as an accredited Nutritionist. She is excited to spend the coming year in Galway as part of the CUI Formation programme, where she hopes to grow in her faith while serving and supporting student ministry.
Rebekah grew up in a pastor’s family alongside her three sisters and has lived in Coleraine, Newtownabbey, and, more recently, Galway, where her family relocated three years ago to serve in Covenant Christian Fellowship. Her upbringing has shaped her heart for ministry and her desire to see others come to know Christ.
She is particularly passionate about sharing the gospel with students and is deeply encouraged by the growing opportunities for ministry across the Republic of Ireland.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travelling to new places, reading, and exploring God’s creation.
